With Summer upon us (though the weather begs to differ) here are 5 healthy snacks you can create this season:
Chop up some fresh fruit, such as strawberries, pineapple and kiwi, and add to a skewer. Easy to make and easy to eat!

Great for BBQ’s, corn is packed full of fibre and is hydrating…even add a sneaky dollop of butter.
For those particularly warm days, place some chopped up watermelon in the freezer to enjoy a refreshing, fruity treat.
